The Aurora Planning Commission meets the first and third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall. The Planning Commission reviews all site plans, lot splits, Conditional Zoning Certificate requests, and subdivision plats as well as other land use activities and projects. A representative MUST be present at the meeting for the project to be considered.
